I canceled this insurance on my Verizon phone bill in April. When I called they assured me they would cancel it and I might have one more partial draft. Well they took a partial draft of $7.98 on May 4, 2015 and another on June 2, 2015. I will try again to get it stopped.

I've been trying to cancel this charge since 2018. Chase has been great in honoring the disputed amount every month, but this is ridiculous. I'm at the point of closing my account just to get rid of these guys.

As charge of $15.14 is being made to my credit card monthly and this was supposed to be have been cancelled last month

I have received over $306.00 in bogus charges from ESH*TECHPROTECT PREM on my Discover Card statement over the last 13 months. I want my money and any interest accrued RETURNED BACK to me, and will take this to my Lawyer if necessary!

I called ESH and talked with a really nice lady by the name of Amanda. She found that the amount was reduced as I have my husbands phone coverage also. I asked her to cancel this and she said she would take care of it and send me an email notice of termination plus refund for all but the one day of use this month. SO this turned out to not be a problem with ESH but with ME! Maybe if you are having a problem you should call and ask for Amanda!

this is supposed to be a protection plan for a new smartphone I purchased from sales at a Verizon booth at the state fair and they tell me at Verizon that I do not have a protection plan on this new upgrade i am being charged for 2 months for no service received
