I actually DID sign up for the insurance..... just forgot it! I called 1-855-309-8345 and the VRU gave multiple options - one which was press 8 to discontinue coverage. I pressed 8..... and the response was "not a valid extension". I then pressed 2 which was "billing concerns" - a rep immediately answered the phone and took care of canceling the policy. Not sure if they have some bad business practices or if we (general public) just forget that we sign up for these things. Anyway, the number listed on my credit card bill 1-844-400-0452 was just music playing (like you're on hold). The number listed above I got from this site and it worked like a charm.
