This is a scam and the phone companies using it are in on it and getting kickbacks at your expense. If you bought a phone from any phone carrier that allows these scammers to exist or have an explanation for it, its time to change the company you are dealing with.

It's for a protection plan (9,99) plus tax. It can be canceled anytime. I haven't canceled mine yet.

found out mine was from an protection plan with new cell phone package, different name than provider. Hope this helps.

I Purchased a phone for my son for Christmas and today (March 3, 2017) a payment for $39 and change, it is a warranty BUT I declined that option when purchasing. The seller insisted its a good idea and that you can somehow the money makes up for itself (no idea how). He promised he would help me cancel it when I wanted to. Ill be calling him today. Or as someone already said - have the inconvenience of cancelling the card and getting a new one. SO FRUSTRATING!

I have been charged by ESH*ESH mobile 10.49 one month and then 20.98 another month for something I never signed up for. I am not even sure how they got my banking info!!! I wish this company to stop charging me as of today Sept. 17, 2016 and to repay me for the two amounts quoted above. This is fraud!!

They charged me $156 for refurbished phone. Never get this warranty as they are fraud. Cancel your monthly charges as you will end up paying for more than new phone.

My wife and I have been charged $7.90 can. Twice now by something called esh*esh*mobile, I dont believe I ever signed up for phone coverage plan. I hope somehow I can find a way to fix this and hopefully get my money back.

Esh Esh mobile is a company that provides product warranties for cell phones and other products. If you recently, *or at the time the charges began coming out of your bank account* Have upgraded to a new cell phone. or Purchased a new cell phone. This is Probably part of the agreement you signed. It is a seperate company and does not show up on your Cell phone bill. It is extended warranty and protection for your device, I believe up to 3 years. You should have the companys name and contact information on your device contract you signed, You can call to cancel anytime.

i have been noticing money being taken out of my account! i called virgin mobile, koodo mobile to see if its them and its not. i called my bank RBC and they went through my account to see where its coming from and they gave me a number to call so i called to get it cancelled and i talked to a representative to stop the transactions last month they agreed to stop it and cancelled it but they are still taking money from my account how is that possible? The representatives agreed to cancel it and didnt even! unreliable workers

Esh esh is in fact a mobile phone warranty that I agreed to at the time I purchased my phone through Bell. It's 10.00 monthly though.

When we noticed the charge on our credit card we couldn't remember what it was for when we bought the phones two years ago. For a while I thought we had been scammed. In fact we bought the phone at Wireless Wave, using the Fido system. We were sold phone protection for loss or theft. We only needed it for the fist 6-12 months but it continued as small charges sometimes do. It was hard to track this down since the vendor has used placeholder phone numbers rather than our eventual numbers which meant there was no file for our final phone numbers. We finally connected with that bit of information and successfully got the charges cancelled. This took about 2 hours. But worst of all I was about to put out bad information about what seemed like a scam. I hope this is helpful to others who are complaining of unwanted billing with esh*esh*1-888-561-8861 showing as the vendor.

44.70 was taken from my account as well, soi did my investigation and turns out I purchased a protection plan for my cellular device I purchased that he same time. $8.99 a month I pay now, and since October it adds up to the $44.70 that was taken out. If you guys are all worried what's going I suggest you call esh esh mobile and find out. They'll give a clear heads up. Hope this helps ☺

I called the esh esh mobile place and I found out why they took money out of my account today, and I was told it is a protection I purchased when I had purchased my cell phone, and I signed up for it, for $8.99 a month. Yeah it didn't make sense either to me. So I suggest you call that company and find out why they took such a big amount.

A little heads up when you take someone's numbers off their bank card!!! I never once gave you any numbers off my bank card when I signed up more than likely the reason you assholes wanted me to tap the damn thing !!!! Someone has taken out $10.16 from my account and I don't recall paying for anything else after my last bought product. I don't even know this website Im with a different phone company all together. I don't know who these people are and I want my money back that I did not allow to come out of my personal bank account. This is wrong and I'm not happy that people can just do that.

Hey everyone I just wanted to inform you that, I think I may have figured this out but will need people to confirm. So I had the same thing happen to me, withdrawals of $8.90/mnth. So I did some investigating and came to the conclusion that this is a charge for extra warranty on your mobile device. If you purchased a warranty recently that charges you monthly but will replace your phone at fraction of cost, then bingo! because the warranty charge does not get added to your phone carrier bill and therefore comes out as a seperate charge from your bank. So if you want to opt-out, just simply call your phone carrier and have them remove this 3rd party warranty. Hope this helps everyone and please leave some feedback. P.S. I did confirm this with 2 other people and we all have the same warranty product and same charge ;-) look into it.

Hi, I phoned my phone company and they don't have record of any 3rd part warrenty... they offer their OWN warranty and it's automatically incorporated into my monthly bill.. NOT taken out of my bank. So someone has gotten a hold of banking information without my authorization and that's not ok!
