Hello, I too have the ESH*ESH*MOBILE PROTECT 855-562-1955, ON on my VISA Statement. This was added to my account as extra insurance for my phone and the company is called Esecuritel (www.esecuritel.com). I got this insurance added from a 3rd party seller. In my case, the hardware Fido sold me (Sony Android) was a piece of crap and only lasted me 3 months. The insurance replaced the phone (free) with an identical model which, as you may guessed, also only lasted 3 months. I know have a LG4 (Android) but since I purchased it from Fido, instead of Wireless Wave, the insurance plan is voided. You can go to the Esecuritel website (www.esecuritel.com) and get instructions about how to terminate your agreement. But, I'll save you the time. THEY STATE THAT YOU HAVE TO HAVE THE POLICY CANCELLED THROUGH YOUR PROVIDER. If you have recently purchased a new phone, this is what this charge is. Call the number and speak to a representative. But they will tell you to contact your network provider as this is the company that the phone ID is attached too. Its frustrating, but if you monitor your online account (eg. fido, bell,...), go through your account and unsubscribe or send an email or phone message to your provide. My contract says I can terminate that agreement at any time....so you should be able to do this also. Hope this helps

I'm having this protection plan for the last 2.5 years. I dropped my Iphone and thought the screen is cracked. So, I requested a replacement. They sent it but charged 150$. Later on when I removed the glass protective cover, I noticed that only the protective cover was cracked not the actual mobile screen. I talked to them about it and wanted to send the replacement device back. They said, they will consider it and return the 150$ back to my credit card. I've been waiting for the refund for the last six months and now they are saying that I returned them the damaged phone so they cannot return the money. I still have the damaged phone (still have couple of marks from the fall) but they are saying that their system is showing the same IMEI number as my damaged phone. It is such a waste of money and time! Beware of this protection plan; these guys are great cheats!

To whom it may concern: I have had ESH*Deviceprotection insurance for over three years. I got this insurance from Waveless when I purchase my Samsung S5 cellphone. My cell phone number is 780-884-0515. My original email address is [email protected]. Unfortunately, this email does not function well, so I use another email address: [email protected]. Now, I will buy new cellphone (I Phone X). So the insurance for my S5 cellphone is no long used. Please cancel the mobile protection immediately. When I buy the new phone, (still from Waveless), I will re-purchase the device protection for the new Apple I Phone X from your company through Waveless. In fact, I was told by the Waveless staff that your company should automatically stop the insurance program after two years of the insurance program. In such a way, I have wasted the significant amount of money. Please cancel the insurance ASAP and give me an email reply confirmation. I can be reached by the phone at 587-930-2516. Thank you for your attention and help! Thank you! Ming Rao (PhD)

I bought a cell phone from Wireless Wave last year, and contracted with Bell. I refused the offered insurance at the store. This year in July I noticed the esh*esh Mobile protection charge on my Amex card but did not think about it. I never agreed nor asked for any insurance In September I phoned and asked what this was all about and found it was insurance of some sort. I asked to have it cancelled. The person I spoke with not only spoke at such a rate of speed that I could not understand anything he said nor was his English clear enough and I had to ask each time to slow down. I gave up and asked to have the insurance cancelled.

I have a charge of 11$ and have no idea what it's from. I'm kinda pissed off. I don't know what this website is and never used it. So don't know why I'm getting charged.

I also have charges of $31.63 once a month and have 3 Iphones through Bell on a business account, purchased through Wireless Wave. They give extended warranty on the phones even though Apple has a 1 year warranty already. I just called and cancelled it as it is a hidden cost that Wireless Wave automatically has some kind of deal with this company.

I have been charged with this since August even though I told my company I did not want any protection as soon as I discovered the charges. It had never been waved.

I Just saw the charges and called visa and reported the fraudulent charges. The Visa could only go back 60 day to refund me (according to their rules) so I'm out 5 payments of $10.43 I'm positive that I didn't consent to an insurance on my phone. Thanks to Rogers I think I was enrolled into that scam.

Ok so a family member purchased a Fido phone from Wireless Wave, a shady employee forced this insurance protection plan on us from a company called esecuritel After we told him we DO NOT WANT insurance. We never consented to go through with it but the employee did it anyways. Again this is WITHOUT our consent and knowledge. Signed papers got our phone and left the store. Didn't know we were billed monthly until a year later. Ridiculous, tried finding that employee but he was long gone. The family member didn't understand english and thought it was just a small thing tied with our home phone plan. Please call esecuritel's number 855-562-1955 and CANCEL right away, the thought of purchasing insurance on a phone is ludacris and dumb. Car insurance I understand but phone insurance you gotta be kidding.
