I have gieco car insurance it covered the car rental. I was not suppose to be charged $ 100. Please have the charge removed.

Rental car was returned and closed out 1 month ago. I have not incurred any charges since from enterprise rental

The car rental is covered by my Gieco car insurance. Enterprise was only suppose to hold the card # not charge it. $ 100. Fee was charged to my card that should not have been. Please remove this charge from my account ASAP.

I would like to know why the fee of $100. Has not been deposited back into my account. There should have been no charge for car rental .

I was charged almost double what I owed for this rental, and will need to call Enterprise to resolve this.
