Enterprise using shady tactic on toll fees. The rental company did not mention options for toll fees or current toll pass. I feel this is bogus tactic on part of this company. I have receive anything from this company except 35.03 charge which I have a toll tag on the vehicle in the collision center.

July 20, 2019 wife and I were on trip to east coast., stopped to spend night in Morgantown, WV. Left around 9 am the next day and went on our trip to near DC, returning July 24. August 5 Enterprise Toll tagged my CC for $6.05. Followed with them on charges, and they informed me toll violation occurred at 3:15 am 7/21, in Louisville, KY. How far away is that--500 or 600 miles! Goofy, and as of 8/8, still no contact from their research team who I am told will ask for a receipt to prove our whereabouts at that date and time..Guess our lodging bill will fix that, but am now second guessing why I would ever want to rent from Enterprise again. May cancel our planned September rental from them!!!

Enterprise charge my credit card $7.50 for a plate photo toll charge on the sam houston expressway. The charge was bogus I did not even drive the day of the charge. I called the number on the credit card bill in NY. The lady said I need receipts to prove i was not driving that day. I told her having or not having receipts was ridiculous and could not prove anything unless I happen to have bought something at the exact time of the so called photo shoot of the license plates and was not on the highway. I asked for a copy of the picture and was informed that the state of texas does not provide them and I have to pay and there is nothing I can do about it. But as a courtesy this time she will refund the $7.50. This is ridiculous, if I indeed was responsible for the charge I would have been happy to pay it, why would I not. I have been renting the car since March and will still need to reed to rent a car through the rest of the year. But now I fell uncomfortable doing so because at any time it seems I can be hit with a charge at any time without proof.

My Paypal card was charged 4.15 . to Enterprise Toll .. I called Paypal , and they informed me it was made in New York ! I am in Texas ... Had to close the card , and get a new one reissued ..
