I can remember looking for a music video that a friend told me about. I decided to download the video. I have an iPhone, and it asked for my password, which doesn't send up a red flag, because you have to use it often. IT DIDN'T SAY that I was going to be charged monthly !!! Now, and for the past few months, I have been charged $9.99. I had no idea that I was signing up for anything !!

I did not authorize a charge to my America espress card in the amount of euro 11,99 on 21/06/2013 to your company. Please credit my account immediately prior to me taking legal action against your company. You did not have permission initially and do not have permission to put any future charges on this card as the description reads recurring.

you have charged my debit card with 11.99 and I have never ordered nothing from you nor will I, My card company won't do nothing about it until I have resolved the issue with you... This was done illegally it is a case of fraud.

i am being charged for songs i have not purchased from e music for a while. please stop charging me for music i am not downloading. Have not been on web site to buy, just to see what is out.
