I called my bank about this charge and it turns out this is just a 3% international service charge that you recieve when you order items from countries like China or Hong Kong.

I looked at my banking transactions just a few moments ago and there were two charges from "EFT S/C SVC CHG INTRNTL TR AN" one for $1.31 and the other for $28. Both were charged on March 25, 2014 and there were no other purchases between the two. I recently ordered some clothes from a chinese clothing website... wholesale-dress.net and dresslink.com. I don't know if those transactions have something to do with those orders or what. My card was already charged with both purchases for the clothing purchases though. Am I in danger for identity theft or hacking, etc? Or are these two charges legit??
