Just wondering why this Prog Direct Ins still taking the monthly payment in my husband checking acct. which is our truck no longer working for 3 years. My husband is sick and not in good situation since he got half paralyze he is a senior. When we bought a car on Apr 2020 they saying that it will transfer to our new car insurance. My husband is paying 2 car insurance the truck is not working for 3 years. National General says that it will transfer to their company but this National General already charge my husband car ins in his checking on and this morning my husband pay again for $68 something.
