Very dissatisfied.... I donated for the first time in a Presidential campaign. I felt so strongly and still do , that Ted Cruz was the best choice. Donated over $600.+ but edonation started auto deducting $50. a month with out my approval. I will think twice about ever donating again! Might just contact my State Attorney General.

I submitted a one time donation. Now I am being charged each month. They will not reply to my emails. I have tried calling them. The charges keep coming.

I do not recall authorizing a monthly deduction from my bank account for and political fundraising whatsoever and will be disputing this charge with my bank immediately.

In 12/5/2017 and 11/6/2017 you took $5.00 each month out of credit card, which I did not authorize. Please credit back to my credit card for the months of Dec. and Nov. Delete my credit card, I called you three other times about this matter but you keep doing!! When I called you, I told you to delete my card and don't use it again. DO NOT CHARGE ANYTHING TO MY CREDIT CARD...DELETE IT NOW!!!!

I have had three charges on my credit card for $50.00 each from this organization. I notified my credit card company and they will block any further transactions from this fraud company. No one answers the phone number they list, so I have been unable to speak with anyone. Do not make any donations through this company. They are scammers and frauds.

There has been a charge of $2 on my fifth third debit card today 3/5/17. The charge was $1 apiece on separate charges. The first dollar charged I know is my monthly contribution for CDP. The other dollar charge I don't know anything about. Please if this is of the same or different issue, please cancel the last dollar donated henceforth. Thank you.

I signed up for a ONE TIME DONATION to contribute to the Donald Trump campaign in October. To my surprise not only did I see my $20.00 donation on my credit card, but also a December and January which of course, I did not authorize. They sent me an e-mail at the end of January telling me that they would be charging another $20.00 payment again on February 5th and to e-mail them if this was incorrect. I e-mailed them 3 times telling them on no uncertain terms that no more payments are to be taken out! They haven't acknowledged any of them, so I have cancelled my credit card to stop the payment. I have learned my lesson. I will never another on line.

I also signed up for a one time donation to Donald Trump but for $25. now edonations have been taking it out every month. I guess I will have to do the same and cancel my my debit card. I hope there is a class action law suite against edonations soon.

I was charged $3.00 by Edonation 1 without my authorization. Charge was made 12/5/2016 to Southwest Bank in Texas.

Don't quite know how long this has been occurring to my debit card, edonation in first two weeks of October tapped my account for 5 dollars on four separate occasions two on the same day. Going to contact the bank for more research and file a formal complaint, see if my local Attorney General is interested considering the number of people getting bit. Edonation is a scam needs to be shut down. too many instances of wrong doing.

Edonation has fraudulently charged my credit card for $700 and this charge I will not pay. I mistakenly thought that Ted Cruz's campaign used this service to process donations. Obviously it is a scam!!

My debit card has been charged $5/month for at least the past 4 months for what or who, I do not know. I believe these are fraudulent charges and would like them stopped immediately and my money refunded.

I donated $50.00 to the Ted Cruz campaign and since then I have been charged monthly $50.00 now up to $200.00 dollars I only authorized a one time donation. I called the above number and spoke to Ryan who is refunding my $50.00 for May but I would really like the other $100.00 back. This makes me think twice of trying to donate to any other causes online.

I was surprised to see a charge of $25.00 on Dec.31 from EDONATION that I did not make. Not sure of what method they use to get my information but apparently it is very effective because I see this is happening to a lot of other people. It needs to be stopped.

I dialed 703-684-3435 on 01/19 and recording said this number is no longer in service. They don't post an email address on their website so how are you supposed to contact them? My account was charged $35 on 12/31 and $25 on 01/08 without my authorization. According to their website the recipient organization is supposed to send a Thank You email to the donor but I never got one. They showed on my account (I never set one up) information that I had "opted in" as a donor last year but I know I did not. So how did they get my credit card number and password and access my account without my authorization? They boost that they have raised $100,000 a day, every day, for over a decade. They are a fraudulent organization!!!

EDonations is a SCAM! I did remember donating to a few groups through them. But, I NEVER clicked on recurring donations. I only donate once, have always done only once, and always made sure it was a one time donation. Well, they have been siphoning $100 a month, claiming it was for a few groups I donated to before. Their big fallacy was saying that two of those same recurring donations were from the same groups. WRONG!!! If it was a recurring payment, as they claim, then it would have been only one transfer. This group pretends to help non-profit groups, and then proceeds to scam you of your account of the same amount you donated to a group through them. Lesson - DO NOT donate to groups that use EDonations as their payment system!!!!!

I have never heard of Edonation I have no idea how you got my credit card number and was able to charge any amount with out my authorization. I have 2 charges 2/12/14 $25.00 and 2/24/14 $25.00. I want these charges removed. ASAP Please contact me at 619 698 0543
