Got unauthorized charge for $39.99 on bank issued debit card, 9/4/2023. Called bank and had charge denied. Called extra.com Talked with an accented East Asian who could (or would) not provide info about source of charge. Wanted me to repeat the card number. I refused indicating that, if they were able to implement the charge, they already had the card number.
