we rented a apartment in Vancouver BC in APril 2013 I think through vrbo or craiglist and these owners named Chan Li Xiu & David Blum seemed ok at the time, but were trying to ding us for an extra night. SUre enough an ACH withdrawal on 03/07/2014 ACH DWOLLA5152801000 Dwolla $530.00 shows up on our account that I just found now doing other research almost a full year after we were done renting from them for a few weeks!! what gives?? How do i prosecute them with charges of fraud? call 415-794-5200. we are US citizens from the Bay Area. please contact me back. i will have our large bank investigate them for wire fraud etc...

associated with the names Chan Li Xiu & David Blum with fraudulent charges on my bank account. Currently under investigation.
