I stopped auto refill and cancelled my card because someone has been using my account unauthorized

We were charged for an additional order. We were told that they refunded money to card. Return Receipt said cash was given in return. Watched for return on card, but never showed. Returned to store, they said to wait longer for refund to appear. Still no refund.
