I purchased the application "Tables for Mac" using my wife's Visa credit card. The charge shows up on her statement. I did not receive a confirmation email from the software developer/distributor therefore I am unable to register the program and can no longer use it, because it tells me the Demo period has ended. I need a registration code and do not know how to obtain it.
