I would like the merchant to give me a refund. When they advertised this offer they should have said that it doesn't work on vista or anything older than windows 8. Not happy with this transaction. It never even downloaded. I have been trying to contact merchant since February by email and no response. Very disappointed!

I did not contact Microsoft for these 2 charges. 9.95 on 8/13/12 or 13.99 on 8/14/12. I have a Mac !! Please refund!

A charge of 10.60 appeared on my VISA credit card. I did not make this charge and I have not used Microsoft in over 18 months. This is an erroneous charge and I would like to have it removed from my credit card.

my visa was charged 9.95 on the 13 Feb 13 & 13.99 on 15 Feb 2013, I did not order what ever these charges were for.

These charges were applied to my business visa which I did not authorize. The amounts shows in euro dollars an us dollars. 1) $14.68 -USD 12-25-12 $10.80 EURO; 2) $24.46 - USD 12-25-12 $18.00 EURO. The vendor represented by the name of NOZA Distribution. Please research these items and send results. Again, this is not my personal credit card but my State Credit Card with my employer, and I did not authorize these charges. Thank you.

This charge was applied to my business visa which I did not authorize. The amounts shows in euro dollars and us dollars; $948.62 - USD 12-20-12 ; $699.00 EURO. Please research these items and send results. Again, this is not my personal credit card but my State Credit Card with my employer, and I did not authorize these charges. Thank you.
