Just received an unauthorized charge from DRI KASPERSKY. I had purchased a laptop from Best Buy which came with a year free for Kaspersky. A week ago I got hit with a charge from them. Called them up and was told they automatically renew their software. I said it was not authorized and want a refund. Rep said he needed on my computer which I did, he downloaded something onto my computer that was hidden. My son found it and removed it. Still waiting for my refund will be opening a case with my bank against them in the AM.
