I do not use AVAST VIRUS PROTECTION any longer. I had already CANNCELLED all of my subscriptions. You have charged my account for a renewal for DRI AVAST SOFTWARE #2443099LSBM585M97 in amount of $69.54. PLEASE REFUND THIS!!

a charge of 83.10 was charge to my credit card please refund to my card this charge was put on my card June 24th 2022 I was not even using my computer at the time of the charge. I do not wan to cancel my card but will if I need.to take care of this proplem ASAP Kathy Tyrrell

I was charged $76.01 on April 06, 2022 for DRI*AVAST SOFTWARE. I do not know why i was charged this and cannot even get into their site without creating a user account. This needs to be refunded immediately.

My Visa was charged $ 59.90 on 3/12/22 I did not purchase anything. I want this charge removed immediately.. My system is unreliable so I hope the email is working! I want to know where you got n my billing information. I am sick and tired.of all this.I want notification my card has been refunded also where information came from within 24 hours.

Date 02/15 charge of $64.94 was billed to my VISA, Bank of America card without authorization. My wife has sent payment for the invoice upon receipt then asked what the charge was for. I didn't order anything from AVAST and reject this fraudulent charge

Automatic renewal for AVAST Secure Line. I do not want it renew so I unsubscribed on May 11 2021 at 12:54 AM. Got a E-mail saying that I unsubscribed, yet when I checked my credit card report I found a charge for $89.99.

They kept soliciting me for $29.99 upgrade to clean. Had cancelled auto renewal, but 1-31-17, they billed anyway, with NO reference #, no phone number, and all five phone numbers I have refer you to a web-site, which does not contain what the recording says... Now find the new billing $52.74 on my credit card - so now what Charlie Brown...!?!?
