3 months of charge fraud. Credits not applied and double billing on the Frontier bill.
Over charged by only $60. Had to close my checking account before they charged me $167 for one month !!!

I called because I seen a commercial on t.v for 19.99 I called to get it and I ended up with a 280.00 dollar charge. I can not believe it! I'm very upset and disappointed because I was really looking forward to starting this.

I am being overcharged. I have a new account because my old Dish account was cancelled due to fraud by one of Dish Network Dealer called World Wide Satellite. I was told the new account will have the same benefits, discounts, programming, current promotions from the old account transfered to the new accounts. However, they have not been keeping their promise. They were also supposed to me give me a credit for the full amount for which I got defrauded but was given only 1/3 of that cancelled. I did not have the time as yet to work this out with them but am hoping to this weekend. Please help me.
