Ordered electronic "gadget" but never received it. Although I repeatedly contacted the seller, I was given excuse after excuse and date after date when my item is going to be shipped. After I requested refund, I received several "deadlines" when my money will be returned ... to no avail. The merchant is a fraud. When I entered into a "live chat" with the customer department, it was clear that the messages were prepared and given as an excuse to others. Google it and you will see there are hundreds of complaints against this merchant, do not take my word for it. I urge PayPal and eBay to close their account and prohibit them from doing business in the US. The "positive messages" are written by their employees (I did some research on that...). STAY AWAY!!!
