Two charges from a slight variant of this: "DILLARD'S 698 DDS DIRECT 877-272-2601 AR" (instead of "TN"). Credit card company says it's for furniture or furniture repair. Wife nor I have any idea what it is. Only two charges, one for $155, then a second the next day for $711. Forcing us to cancel our cards for the second time in about a year. Somebody needs to find a way to control this fraud nonsense. It's a real pain.

I go to Dillard's all the time. My boyfriend and I love all the brands we find. Back in October a transaction was made for over $230. I tried to think of any reason this appeared. I hadn't been to Dillard's in the past couple of month before the transaction, when I would go I would always run on debit, never credit, and I never signed up for anything that would cost money. I've emailed them several times but they've never responded. So I copied and pasted ")DILLARD'S 698 DDS DIRECMAUMELLE ARUS" into Google and I ended up here. I want to call my bank about what I should do but I'm worried that since this happened so long ago, I don't think they can do anything about it.

Dear Sir or Ms. I have a problem and was hoping someone can help. I ordered a pair of shoes from Dillards. The purchase was great, delivery good no complaints. My error I ordered the wrong size. They were supposed to be returned before 30 days. Unfortunately my husband for whom the shoes were ordered for became very ill. He is finally on his feet and of course needed the shoes. I ordered another pair and received them this morning. Is there any way I can return the other shoes at this late date. The order was dated 10/10/16. The price with delivery was I believe 69.15 or 82.15 delivered. They are Polo Ralph Lauren size 10D style # 816137454001

Just noticed a charge to DILLARD'S 698 DDS DIRE for $786- definitely fraudulent. Had a fraud alert call from card company but this didn't show up at that time.

I just noticed 4 fraudulent charges from DILLARD'S 698 DDS DIRECT in AR over the past 2 weeks. Amounts varied from $126 to $281. I'm currently on the phone with my banks fraud department :/

Just showed pending transaction of Dillard's dds direct for 991.63 . Someone has stolen information. I don't even shop at Dillard's . Any help someone!!!!!
