I got trapped into this SKY Project and has been paying GBP 13.31 for months. Has anyone claimed from this insurance.? I have cancelled my direct debit now Can we get this money back.? Also why SKY is not doing anything about this since this sccamis under the name of SKY.?

A direct debit of £17.00 was charged to my bank account today,1st April 2021. This has been cancelled and refunded by my bank

My wife fell into this trap.....we cancelled it a while ago when I found out my wife was paying insurance for something we are renting from SKY. The cheeky bastards applied again from our bank today, we saw it and managed to get a refund from the bank and once again cancelled it. Come on think about it, if your SKY breaks down when your renting the service why would you need insurance to cover any repairs? and more importantly why are SKY not warning us about these scumbags!

Can someone advise if this is a legit company of Sky I have just called them to update my bank details the guy sounded odd couldn't find my details at first and then when I told him of my old address suddenly they found me. I was original paying for sky protect but that has been changed to DGI Sky Protect. I ended up putting the phone down instead of giving my new bank details to them just incase.

I notice I am paying 2 amounts by direct debit for DGI Sky Protect. During May the dates were 11th May amount £7.87 and on 28th May amount £7.79. I see from the internet that this has been happening to other people. How can this happen?? Please tell me which is correct, and I was refunding for ALL the payments that were not correct. Please contact me soon. This really is not good enough.

Paying £9.99 by direct debit 29/12/14 and on 28/11/14 ond direct debit for £4.00 and one for £9.99

I was contacted by them purporting to be SKY! Now I see I have been paying them AND the correct SKY protect. tried cancelling DD but money keeps on being paid. how do I stop it.

Stop the direct debit at your bank. Tell them you have begin paying this amount to this bogus company.

We signed up with Sky Protect when we first had Sky TV installed some years ago. I noticed some time ago that we were paying 2 monthly payments and cancelled the one that I did not recognise then recently on our bank statements it changed from Sky Protect to DGI Sky Protect and we thought that it was just a slight modification to the name possibly following some merger, so I am horrified now to find that we may have been paying a bogus company for this service which we assume is non-existent?
