I tried to purchase Dell Data Safe for my computer. I was charged $29.00 on 3/15/13 and then $30.00 on 3/17/13. I have tried to contact Dell, they do not see the charges but it is on my debit card. This service would not load on my system but I was charged twice. I would like an immediate refund.

I ordered online dell datasafe backup service. I was charged 39.95 9the correct amount) from cleverbridge and then charged $10 (9 times) for a total of $90. from a delldatasafe sdts. No one at Dell or Cleverbridge can tell me anything about these charges.

you charged me three times $10.00 each time there should have only been one charge for $10.00
