Very misleading, automatically enrolls you in monthly subscription if you do not cancel and charges high amount at that point. Once "shipped" will not allow you a refund even if you return unopened shipment.

I was laughed at n belittled when I told the Rep that they weren't suppose to take anything but $4.95 out of my acct . they laughed at me .mocked me n said even if I returned items , I wouldn't be refunded, it's an outrage , that was my rent n bill money , I never would have signed if that were made clear . I'm on disability n only get a small grant to live on each mth, we have to fight this scam , we don't deserve this. n the Reps were mean n sarcastic!!!! I need my money . God is watching ,,first she bragged about taking $49.95 n when I checked my Acct. they'd taken $99.95 out n I m devastated.!!..devastated!!!...Help us Lord JESUS!!! please deliver us from scammers like these people ...please!!! I m 65 yrs old n dealing with numerous health issues but I trust God to deliver me from them all n people like u all!!!!
