$39.95 charge plus a separate $1.95 charge showed up on my debit card. My bank reimbursed the $39.95.. I have to ask them about the $1.95 because I don't want these scammers to have 1 cent of my money.
This charge showed up on a CC three days after installing a "Go Fly" drone control and camera feed program for an older DJI drone. The drone app never worked right, wouldn't connect to the drone, so uninstalled it. However, it did prompt to set up a 'profile' for the drone operator, which I realize now was -actually- a signup page for this DCONT.TOP .... thing. Pretty sure there is no streaming service, as there is no app offered to stream anything, nor a website to use it, only a single 'customer service' page that is extremely vague about the services provided. So.. we will contact the email on the DCONT.TOP page, and if they don't immediately reverse the charges, then I'll let my bank know it's a scam and to block all attempted transactions from that point forward.
I emailed them at @supportdcont.com the email was not nice but true. They are a streaming service that I never ordered or ever wanted they would try to get money out of my account at 2. 3. 4 am in the morning.after I explained to them by email what I did for a legit living. They immediately removed me explained what there service was and removed my name.email them and don’t make the email nice.
I do not know who these Dcont people are never requested their services,don’t know how they got my information.they are true Scammers make a police report protect yourself
