I too have had this issue. In total nearly $5k not all through this service but what a nightmare and BofA no help. The thief has bought tickets to London, two Norwegian Cruises, formal gowns of $500, and several hundreds of dollars to a Chinese internet mall.

They fraudulently paid using my debit card without my authorisation. This is a big big SCAM. My bank said that apparently the pay was made from an internet cafe located in Germany. They also tried to use my card to pay in an French website (pixmania). If you see this in your bank account immediately call your bank to block your card.

I have just discovered that I was charged 121 euros TWICE by DB BAHN A-NR but didn't authorize these transactions. I don't know how it happened I am reporting these transactions to the bank.

I also have had one fraudulent charge to my credit card by DB Bahn A-NR in the amount of $377.40 made in Germany. Additionally, there was another fraudulent charge in the amount of $546 by rentalcars.com in Manchester, England. The bank blocked the rental car charge but the DB Bahn charge went through. I am reporting it as fraudulent to the bank. So far bank personnel have been very helpful. I don't have any idea how my credit card was compromised. The card has been cancelled.

I was scammed with 600 euros by this company together with EDREAMS. This transaction was some how made with my credit card and supposedly also knew even the secret security pasw from VISA. So how is this possible? Payment were made from Germany and Great Britain in 2 consecutive days.
