I Microsoft Window 7 Ultimate purchased on line on 02 August 2014 . Card ..............xxxx 9948 INR 6918.25 I gave my email ID. [email protected] Money has been charged from my bank. No information was sent to my email about transaction nor item CD was delivered to my address. So I am unable to give transaction name. Dear Sir, please confirm the payment of Rs 6918.25 made to you from my bank on 02-08-2014. It was confirmed to me by sms to my mobile No 9550043976. I tried to chat twice with Microsoft contacts but they could not help me. After transaction is made no message was sent to my email Id as given above.
