As shown below, I receive a monthly bill from ｄ ｊ＊ｍｗ―ｏｎｌｉｎｅ via VISA, and I have already notified them twice to cancel my subscription. However, I have received another bill (3.30USD,521yen) , as shown below. Please take steps to cancel the subscription as soon as possible. 5/02/10 Ｄ Ｊ＊ＭＷ―ＯＮＬＩＮＥ 25/03 521 yen 3.30 USD

Starting the beginning of November a $4.00 charge has appeared every month on my Visa account of my checking account. The charge has no explanation except this name: D J MW ONLINE. I do not know what it is or worse yet how they got my credit card number. I WANT IT STOPPED but don't know what to do.
