NOT RECOMMENDED - Customer service is non-existent: I had an extremely bad experience dealing with Cumberland Watersports, also known as Onlineoutboards dot com. They sent me a defective outboard motor out of the box. CW arrogantly refused to exchange, replace, or refund the item. At the very least I expected to hear these words in their vocabulary: "I am sorry", "We apologize" "Let us try to help you". Rather than going that route, they gave me the cold shoulder. To put matters worse, they have the audacity to show a nasty attitude. At least have the decency to make things right. I got some harsh words over the phone. It is mind boggling why the gentleman was so unprofessional and rude. No apologies or any effort to make things right on their part. You figure that after 45 years as a retailer, they would improve their business culture. Better Business Bureau gives them a C GRADE on customer satisfaction. Here is proof of a company that lacks integrity and does not show any consideration towards their customers.
