I had from this name CTB*NEW VARIETY STORE HK showing a charge on my credit card which I do not recognized for $86.13, I get alerts sent to me from my Amex app and called them right away to report and they a case with their Fraud Team immediately to address the this whole scam and fraudulent activity taking place as the trying using a Large chain Store name, BED, Bath & Beyond and if look at the website URL it shows www.suewat.com which is definitely scammers and fraudulent wrong doing here!

Placed an order on 7/6/23 thinking it was for Chico's merchandise for $70. 00.. However, the charge showed on my Amex as New Varity Online. Realizing after two months merchandise is not going to arrive and have filed a dispute with Ame for the change.

July 9/2023 I ordered from what I thought Bed, Bat, Beyond sell out sales, I bought $52.75 and received by email tracking number AG947661669CN, Next Day July 10, 2023 ordered $40.34 worth of stuff. Shipping was free allover $39.00. I waited and waited on shipment, I gave benefit of doubt because of customs. My sister and I was talking and sister said her bank Wells Fargo declined orders customers made and explain there's been bait and scams going on. well being I haven't heard anything more on my orders, I check my credit cards. my discover card has $52.75 and $40.34 as above, then my capitol card has $43.82 and $52.45, and $$44.08. There is couple more tracking numbers, LXGYL2023072820CN and FFL900282473YQ, The one tracking came up delivered in my town on July 31,2023, well over a month ago, now Im not going down the road and accuse my neighbors of opening my mail which is a federal offense and so is shipments. whoever got it could had said not my shipment. whoever delivers is responsible for those packages make sure they get where there going. I am turning this over to the credit cards and who ever else to investigate this. It puts online shipping a bad business anymore with scammers doing there crimes. Please investigate this, and let me know what you find and what they will do about these scammers. enough is enough. my email is above. My phone I don't bother using because I don't answer an number less I know it, so much scamming and robo, and telemarketers took over our phones.

I ordered a dog washing tub from “Best Buy”. It took forever but I did get a tracking number and tracked the package until it arrived. What arrived was not an extra-large tub, but a tiny padded envelope containing a cheap looking “charm” that looks like either a tomato or a peach. Total scam. So I paid $45 for this tiny little whatever-it-is. Not happy. Reported them to my credit card company for fraud.
