These charges started showing up in March when I moved into a new service address. CenterPoint Energy has my gas account. I contacted them about this and they said that Arkla should not be withdrawing money from my acount. I never authorized the withdrawals, and I don't receive a bill with them either. Thanks to this fraudulent activity, I have to shutdown my bank account, and start over with EVERYTHING.

I have not had utilities in arkansas for over a year. I have no idea why you have withdrawn $95.00 from my account WITHOUT my knowledge especially when I DO NOT owe you this money!!
