I subscribed for about $10 a few months ago to The New Yorker, was never informed about auto-renewal nor given any information on an account log-in to even check something like that. I was led to believe that the subscription was temporary and a one time deal. Today I woke up to my PayPal account being at $0 because of an $89.99 Charge from The New Yorker. Not a happy camper!! That was money I need!!

Hello, I’m french and i bought a subscription to the New Yorker 3 months ago for 8 dollars for 12 magazines. Today, my account has been credited of 137 euros by CNP The New Yorker… I don’t understand, that’s not normal, i didn’t gave my agreement ! Please can you check and fix this problem ? Thank you in advance Eloi Goupy
