$45.46 charged to my credit card and I don't even know for what. Never heard of this company. I want a refund immediately.

On April 17, I ordered a dress with led lights in purple. It was advertised on facebook as a .com company but when I checked my Bank of America account it came up as a charge from CITE Tech with the letters support@BULET under it. I was supposed to get an email when it was shipped. It looks like it was coming from Hong Kong. I have also tried contacting facebook but that is proving to be very difficult to speak to or contact anyone,
