They, (CenturyLink) say's it's from recurring charges, which the way they bill you, have to make 2 payments a month, I'm thinking

It's like this all the time, I have two things I pay on, phone, and Internet. Phone is Local service only, $19.90, Internet is $20.94, This month it's $145.?? Hidden charges somewhere
