I have been trying to call to get a copy of my receipt so that my insurance can reimburse me. I called and spoke with a polite male. He verified the charges, placed me on hold and 20 minutes later...still holding.

After charging me for service I received a call from a tow driver that, after deciphering a thick foreign accent, informed me that he was not equipped to tow my motorcycle and I needed to call for a different tow. It was at this time that I decided another service might be more helpful. Charge is still on my card, services were never rendered. Thank god for Road Runner Wrecker Services.

Yesterday I locked my keys in my car and called CCM roadside service. Little did I know. Service? What service? And expensive. There phone was on a window of my Subaru. Beware! Very poor, all bad.

My credit card was charged $75 for roadside assistance from this towing company. this was arranged via my car insurance roadside assistance. The tow truck did not show, and I was told that they had to cancel. After a 3 plus hour wait, late night on a Sunday, stranded in a restaurant parking lot with my non-driveable car, I had to call another tow company. I don't like being gouged for all the add-on charges because of weekend, after hours, etc. But really, I am a senior citizen who was stranded in a dark parking lot in Houston, not Atlantis, so there is no excuse for being charged for a service that never showed up.

You charged my credit card 7-28-15 for tow for my motorcycle from Logansport Ind. to Kokomo Ind. $87.00 I would like a reciept so i can get reimbersed from my ins.
