My card was fraudulently used earlier in the week by someone. Ordered a 1 month subscription to access Conference USA soccer game, paid the $10.77 fee and am now being billed monthly for this service which I did not order. I believe this to be a scam operated by CBS Sports, possibly in collusion with a company called Bill Guard to generate revenue for both organizations. How do I cancel?

Please cancel membership....I didn't authorize these transaction. I didn't sign-up for this account/membership. Money have been taken from my account for 2 months that I didn't authorize Please cancel and credit money back to account immediately!!!! For both months. I have filled actions through the bank for this unauthorized charge.

I tried to use this service and it never worked. I tried contacting them and got no response. This is a scam and a lawsuit for reimbursement is pending.

Ordered a 1 month subscription to access LA Tech games from the Conference USA website, paid the $14.95 fee and am now being billed monthly for this service which I did not order. this is a fraud and a scam. apparently for a year they have been taking money out of my account for a one time game we tried to (and unsuccessfully) stream, and instead they signed us up for a monthly service. they would only refund the most recent month, and when I said, so basically for the past years charges I am just screwed. Their response, "I'm sorry but yes." Unbelievable.

What a SCAM for CBS sports. My son ordered ONE damn game back in 2011 believing it was just that ONE game; but in the fine print, it was a "subscription" that was never used for anything but that ONE game, stated in fine print and never made clear to the customer and subsequently charged $9.95 a month since then (just finally caught it looking for other ripoffs); so ended up paying over $368.00 for that ONE game. CBS should be ashamed for such a scam. We will be going to court over this BS!

Total crap. Paid for one game, ended up being a recurring monthly charge. I go to CBS website and believe I've canceled. But NO. THREE more months of charges on my credit card. Shame on you CBS!

Same thing happened with us! Husband was deployed and only wanted to watch online for his last two weeks there. Now we've been charged 3 additional months and we cannot figure out how to cancel?! Anyone know how????

Mine is the same story. I attempted to access this network on a one-time usage basis but was never able to see the program I wanted: my granddaughter playing college volleyball. It was a very frustrating and emotional experience for me because worked VERY hard at trying to get some online support - but none was available to help me. I had so hoped to see my granddaughter's game but couldn't, despite the fact that I paid $17.95 for something I did not receive. Now, I've just discovered that CBSI has billed me consecutively for 10 months -- and, I did not even watch ONE SPORTING EVENT. Also -- I've noticed the varying prices others have paid: $9.95 - $14.95 - $17.95. What's up with that?

I'm just like everyone else. Wanted one basketball game, but had to sign up for one month. Got to see about 15 minutes of poor, glitchy video before I lost interest and stopped watching. Just wrapping up my busy months of work and going through bills and see that I have been charged every month since then. Looks like they are making their living off the fine print.

It was canceled right after I ordered it because it did not work.It WAS ONLY SUPOSE TO BE 1 MONTH 14.95 ANYWAY.Now I have payed you twice and never have used it.Pissed off.

Signed up to watch one game and noticed I have been billed $14.95 from Sept 9, 2013 until April 9, 2014 without watching one single game. The account has been canceled, however, I would appreciate a refund as I did not agree to a monthly subscription.

I guess I signed up for this to watch one college game. I thought it was a one-time payment, but it was a monthly charge of $9.95. I called 1-800-781-9444 and they refunded my money and cancelled the account. They were very helpful and the process was easy.

Yea, this person or someone they know probably works for these scam artists. They were very stern with me on the phone; they finally cancelled my service but no refund. I explained it was to be for one game we watched. They said it was a monthly service and up to the customer to cancel and I would not get one cent back! What a big scam!
