Parallels is a legitimate program for mac users to operate their web browsers within a PC window. It provides privacy and often a faster internet connection for users. You can un-install at anytime, but if you see a charge on your CC statement, you might as well learn how to use the software, as it is very useful!

an unauthorized charge appeared on my credit card statement for Jan 10, 2023. I tried to contact CB! and was only able to get a recording. after checking my email spam in all my personal accounts as directed, I could find no email from CBI Parallels IL. After attempting to dispute the charge on your website. I finally contacted by credit card company and filed a fraud complaint

I have been wanting to upgrade to Parallels 11 but have not done so yet. Somehow in the last two days a charge on my debit card appeared for 49.99 and I have no email confirmation of a purchase and have no Parallels 11 mounted on my computer. I see that this is not a unique problem. I am reporting it. It showed up on my account as CBI*PARALLELS XXX-XXX-9570 IL It is still in hold.
