My credit card was charge $24.95. I did not authorized this charge. I do not have Malwarebytes protection by this company. How do I remove this issue.

On April 19, 2017 CBI*Malwarebyte 3227 charged my bank account $24.95 (how did they get my account Number ??) This definitely was NOT an authorized payment!!

I did authorize this renewal of malwarebyte computer protection. I noticed this charge taken from my account today for $24.95. I would like this amount refunded to my account. I have computer protection and do not need this service.

I also was charged for renewal on Jan. 15 29.95 and I don't remember authorizing automatic renewal. I have cancelled but still have not received a credit on my invoice. What really bothers as well is that they had my new credit card number and when I did download Malwarebytes a year ago they had my previous credit card # then...how did they get my new number?

I woke up to a text saying I had an over draft fee from CBI malware. First they charged me $49 and then another $25 for overdraft. I don't even know what they are let alone have to pay for it. Cannot find number to call. I'm already broke and working extra hours...I can't believe I have to deal with this.

ON December 10th my cc was charged $24.95. I did not order this and my Malwarebytes account still says it needs upgraded. This is a faud.

I paid $58.46 for my anti- malware and anti- exploit for Malwarebytes to CBA Malwarebytes Cleverbridge DEU.Malwarebytes is claiming I didn't pay.

Thus is a scam company. They keep your cc and charge for renewal, even after you cancel. You are better off with malware than using this company.

I am impressed with the quick response from CBI*CLEVERBRIDGE INC. Just received an email from them stating that the $24.95 will be refunded and the subscription is cancelled. All good.

I have not ordered or authorized this transaction. CBI*CLEVERBRIDGE INC charged my cc with $24.95 for renewal of Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Premium download. I have not downloaded it. I do not want it. There is no phone number on their notification email to call to reverse the transaction. Only a cancel subscription link that says the subscription will be cancelled after the new subscription expires in 2016. A very shady company.

I was promised by CBI I could use it to protect up to 3 computers. I tried to put the information on my wife's computer and it said it was the wrong numbers or information? Why didn't it work? Was I scammed?
