I have been being double charged for the requested extra lives that are offered on CandyCrush saga game. I have actually requested these lives, there is no arguing that. I am however seeing charges at both of my banks. To be more specific, I have a Credit Union account and an account at Chase bank, I noticed that every time I have made my request for lives @ $0.99 for extra lives, I receive a charge on my Chase account, but then I noticed that my Credit Union account is also being charged at the same time for the same transaction request. I would respectfully like to receive a refund for all the charges that have been made to my credit union account and only be charged to the chase account I have provided to google with information for. I will gladly send a copy of the charges on a statement from each account once I know I am sending this request to the proper entity in which can provide me with a refund or solution to this dilemma.
