call 1-877-224-7565, give the last 6 digits of the card it was charged to, and they will tell you what the charge was for and cancel it. found them very polite and helpful.

Hello i am from Sweden and I looked at my bank yesterday and saw that i was billed for 39,96 USD nothing that i have agreed to and want to get rid of this "subscription" fast. + I tried if it worked but it didn´t so this is just wierd. Help me.

I had done the 2 day subscription, and then cancelled so I would not have to pay the monthly, now I am being charged for the monthly and I want the charge cancelled as I cannot even get on the account.
