Customers can purchase one of their monthly plans, a free trial that automatically turns into a PAID monthly plan after the trial period expires, or select one of their Pay-As-You-Go options for Wi-Fi access. Most people use Boingo's services while traveling.

Hello! My name is Iya! I live in Russia and visited only once in Los Angeles in August. I do not use your services, but every month you write off my $ 9.95 card. please understand this situation, turn off my monthly payment and return payment for the previous 6 months

I have had four charges posted to my credit card account in the past three months from BWI that are totally fraudulent. I have not used their service in many months, but my credit card information must have still been in their database. These people are criminals and should be charged accordingly. I finally had to close my CC account and get a new card number because of this.

Just had one posted to my credit card. Never used them or heard of them til now. FTC should investigate them. This is pure fraud!

Hi, I made a transit through DUBAI airport on 29 Sep 2014 and purchased Wifi. ======== Your ICICI Bank Credit Card XXXX7006 has been used for a transaction of USD 9.95 at BWI*BOINGO WIRELESS (September 29, 2014; 11:44:26 hrs.). ======== Now, 1 month after the travel, the above company has once again charged my credit card. Kindly ask the company to return the transaction and not to do un authorized transactions on the credit card. The company BOINGO WIRELESS does this to other passengers, this brings a bad name for the Dubai airport. I have made a complaint through the website and my reference number is 24931.

I cancelled this back in June and followed up last month that it was cancelled through bill guard and I'm still being changed

Boings makes it as hard as possible to cancel and doesn't give the option to sign up without the recurring charge clearly hoping propel will forget to cancel.
