i have been charged 4.99 for many many months... I can't get a phone number to talk to someone to get this charge stopped. I have no idea what it is. Can anyone help me please.

I have been charged $4.99 since 3/2013 and I have no idea what this is for. I have not authorized this transaction and have attempted to cancel it without any success. I have sat listening to music for the last 20 minutes today trying to reach someone and the website doesn't work. I would like to cancel this - whatever it is, immediately. I would also like my money returned unless you can show me a contract or something in writing where I agreed for you to take $64.87 of my money so far. Thank you.

$4.99 charge monthly on my card, never authorized. Tried to contact the company and their website literally doesn't work. BBB has tried to contact them 4 times with no success. Change your bank account, because there seems to be no way to contact this company!

Each month, I am charged $5.00 four times (a total of $20.00) by Beyond 72 LLC. I am assuming that this is for a subscription to which I do not use nor wish to use. I do not expect to be reimbursed, but I do want this subscription cancelled immediately.

I used this company one time for a brochure in October of 2011 and after my use I contacted them at the information on their site to cancel my subscription as indicated in their procedures. Since then I have been unable to stop them from charging my account every month $4.99. It has now been 13 months with ongoing charges. I have tried to contact them on 6 different occasions but have never received a response. My credit card company has disputed the charges but they still appear on my statement. I have even changed card numbers and they still have somehow managed to charge my new account.

I signed up for a trial offer and used the service once. Since that time, the website has been down and I am unable to get the subscription canceled. They keep charging my card every month and the bank is saying I have to cancel out my card to make it stop, but I can't cancel out my card because I rely on it EVERY DAY for business and can't go 5-7 days without it while I wait for a new card.

I spent several hours the night I bought this product trying to make it work and could not. I have called the number numerous times with no luck and I have emailed them to cancel. It has been deducted from my bank account once and it looks like they are trying to deduct it again. I am going to call my bank to get this stopped but that will cost me money. Is there any recourse here?

This company is a "rip off". I used it once back in October 2011 and canceled the service after my use but for the next 7 months I am still being charged. I have tried to cancel it 3 additional times by email notification but I have received no reply. My credit card company is holding payment but this is a real pain!
