I have been charged $9.95 a month now for something I have not ordered from your company on 1/27/2014 and 2/18/2014 and 2/26/214 plus been charged also $1.00 on1/21/2014. I would like this matter checked into ASAP and my money returned to my checking account ASAP or a complaint will be filed with my bank reporting funds taken from my checking account unauthorized within the next week. I ORDERED A COOKBOOK FROM HOTBOOK.COM FOR A CHRISTMAS GIFT IN NOV. I USED MY DEBIT CARD TO PAY FOR THE BOOK. ON MY BANK STATEMENT I WAS CHARGED $9.26, ON DEC. 3/12 I AM NOW GETTING CHARGED $9.95 2 TIMES A MONTH SINCE DEC. FOR SOMETHING I DID NOT REQUEST. I HAVE NOT NOW OR IN NOVEMBER JOINED THEIR CLUB. I WANT MY NAME OFF THIS "CLUB" AND I WANT A REFUND OF ALL THE CHARGES TOTALING 79.60. THAT DOES NOT INCLUDE THE $9.26 FOR THE BOOK. THIS WEBSITE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. IT IS RUNNING A SCAM. I NEVER BY THIS TYPE OF MEMBERSHIP ON LINE OR ANYWHERE ELSE. I PLAN TO NOTIFY MY BANK ASAP TO NOT AUTHORIZE ANY FURTHER PAYMENT.

I bought a single book off of BBVHot book sale. When all of sudden for about the last 6 months, I've been receiving this inordinate fee taken directly from my checking account for $19.95/ a month. Iwould like thia monthly fee removed from my account as soon as possible

This charge has shown up on or VISA bill each month for atleast a year. I thought it was a something that my husband knew about so I just ignored it. I brought up some other Amazon charges along with this monthly charge from BBV*Hotbooksale.com. He said that he had never heard of it. Somehow, inadvertantly we have been charged this for months without our authorization. Its "my bad" that I didn't question it before now, but that doesn't excuse the fact that this site has been robbing us each month.

I was charged $19.95 for at least the last 4 months on a purchase of books in June 2012 through Amazon.com. Called customer service and was told this is a monthly membership I was not aware off and if you do not cancel it $19.95 would be charge every month.

I was charged $19.95 the 23rd of every month at least from Nov 2012 through Feb 2013. It probably goes farther back than that. I never signed up for a club. I never received any books except for a book I bought through Amazon.com. On line I see there are numerous other customers that got ripped off.

I have no memory of purchasing a book from HOTBOOKSALE.COM for $9.95 nor have I received a book. My latest credit card statement lists this charge along with another from BBV*REBATEGIANT.COM for the same amount.

There are 2 charges on my discover card that I did not request one on 1/30/13 for $1.00 and another on 2/5/13 for $19.95. These should be removed.

I ordered one book from BBV Hot Book Sale Company, which I charged to my Discover card. I received that book and my purchase showed up correctly on my Discover bill.
In both December and January, there were charges to my Discover Card from from BBV Hot Book Sale Company in the amount of $19.95. I have not made any further purchases from this company. When I called the company om 1/4/2013, I was told tat the charges were because I had chosen to have my original purchase shipped for free. (See below-copied directly from my Discover statements.)

wow...i havent ordered anything from this company and i was charged 122.50 on my bank card....and 9.95 also with this is crazy i want my money back in my card now....they have a phone number on the bankstatement they are going to hear from me now

I ordered some books from this company and was charged on my bank card, $55.29, however they charged me another 9.95 on my bank account and then again today (10/04/12) they charged me the same thing. I don't know why they did that. I have no way of contacting them.
