Had a debit on my account, today 4/15/15, from "AZ DEPT OF REV CCDDIR.DBT XXXXX4" Not a legitimate charge I authorized, especially since it was listed as "ACH/check" & I definitely had not written a check. TOTAL SCAM/FRAUD ALERT & sad thing is some people won't even think twice because it seems to be coming from the state.

I too found a charge on my bank statement for $169 that I felt I didn't authorize. So I called my bank. It turns out to be the income tax that I owed to the State of Arizona and did authorize but forgot.

I also got this charge. When I called the bank they said they used my routing and account number. It's unauthorized, and it's not real.

Had a charge on my account for $76.00 last night (4/17/16) It also says ACH, which by other comments has to do with a check....I don't write checks.

I had the same thing on 04/18/16. 70 dollars says ach and also says az rev in Georgia.

I have no idea what this debit to my checking account is AZ DEPT OF REV CCDDIR I just paid the Arizona Dept. of Revenue for my 3013 taxes, and this is something different. This is a scam!!!
