Found charge of $69.95 on my bank statement from this entity. I suspect that it was because of my purchase of Bitdefender software for internet security. What irony! I had already renewed my software directly with Bitdefender for $29.00. I have challenged this charge with my bank as STEALING! This was an entirely unauthorized charge. I did not agree to renew ANYTHING with anyone when I bought the original software from Bitdefender. I will never purchase ANYTHING online with these guys in the middle EVER again. I will use PayPal or buy it locally.

I have a charge from Avangate. I called the number and got a voicemail that said to email their support. I have emailed them four times and they send weird emails asking for information about my account etc. I don't have an account with them and I have told them this repeatedly. What can I do? They took my money!!!!

On 3/12/2015, I ordered and paid for books from the above blackoutusa.com seller. My online banking debit-card statement shows that $49.00 was credited to "ATM AVANGATE*BLACKOUTUSA.C 8882471614 CA" on 3/12/2015. Although this has been over 25 days ago, this order has not been verified to me in any way, and my mailbox remains empty.

I did not knowingly buy anykind of software from these bandits.I also do not know how they got my credit card information

I was charged $59.00 by AVANGATECOM 8882471614. I didn't buy lobit software, Bitdefender, or any other software. Don't know how they captured my credit card info.

I purchased Bitdefender online and never was able to download the software with the activation code I was sent. Then when I get my bank statements I see that my 69.95 went to these guys and I never did get my software. When I tried calling the phone number listed on my bank statement I got a recording telling me to enter some sort of code in order to "validate my claim." Of course I didn't have any such code so that's how they avoid having to speak to anyone that they have scammed. I will never purchase software online again either. These people are just thieves. DO NOT buy anything they are involved with!!

It is a reoccuring charge for Iobit software program or some other internet product that you purchased.
