I have noticed a charge to my Visa account on the 27th February 2016 which was not authorized by me. About 12 months ago I emailed Iobit to cancel my subscription and never had a reply. They charged my Visa that time as well so I thought that the cancellation hadn't gone through in time. I then emailed them again about the cancellation and still had no reply. Now the charge has come again. I would not recommend this company to anyone, certainly not to my friends as they do not respond to customers requests and appear deceitful in their transactions.

Hello I have a problem after on a vérification on one paper of my bank " Crédit agricole de Normandie Seine" ........Y have paid 77, 70 euros the 25 décember 2016...? Y dont remember buy a produce in your firm. Can you say me what is the thing, ......y have not a facture... Thank you.

Today, 13 February 2015, 11.15AM, Jakarta, Indonesia My credit card was charged for $89.92 for something i didn't purchase, my bank text me and said it was avangate*iobit.com, Redwood Sho. i dont even know what this is about. i dont even purchase anything at iobit.com, iobit malware software is a free software, im still confuse why they could charged me, so i called my county cybercrime unit to review this transaction.

I have just noticed a charge on my CC for £15.21 I will be reporting this to my bank in the morning as fraudulent as I have not given permission for any payment to you company Ref no 85449474315444620732484 Please refund this payment immediately

I was charged $12.95 on my VISA account on 10/26/14. I did not authorize this charge and do not know what this is about. I feel this was done without my approval.

I received an email that I have a charge of 29.99USD that has been charged to my credit card(Visa) from this company Advanced SystemCare v6 PRO. It was apparently purchased on July 17, 2013. Considering it is July 16th right now I cannot see how this is possible. I did not authorize this and did not make any purchase from this company. I will be contacting my bank and letting them know that this company is doing this.

An unauthorised amount of49.95 US ($52.92 Aust plus $1.59 fee Totalling AUS$ 54.51] has been debited to my Credit Card account on 17/6/2013. Please refund this amount to my Credit Card account. I have not purchased anything from your Company. My Bank in Australia has been notified.

you permission to charge this amount of money nor do I know what or who you are. I demand my money back...this is being reported to my bank and will be processed as a fraud.

I have received more than one email from avantgate and don't know what I am being charged for. I would not give out my debit card number for a bill of 49.95 without knowing where it was going. If this is a subscription, I want it canceled immediately
and my money refunded. Your debit number is 42472. Thank you for a speedy reply.

I was contacted by Avongate, under the impression that they were representing Windows.com. I was told that they would fix my computer and have a 4 year contract with their company for any and all computer problems at any time for that period of time.
A few weeks later I did encounter a problem. I could not reach anyone from Avongate to fix it. I tried to call, the number they had given my was not the proper connection. I e-mail and they sent a confusing message in return that I could not decifer.
I feel that I was ripped off and want my money back!!!

Avangard iobot first charged my account on 3/20/12 for 19.95. I contacted my bank and they gave me a contact phone number for avangard. I informed them that I did not know who they were or even what they were selling and, furthermore, to stop all business with me. I let it go at that--- it was only 20 dollars. Now they have the gall to charge me 19.95 again on 3/18/13. This will not stand. If whomever this is refuses to refund my money I will dispute this charge with my bank.
