My account was debited today, without authorisation, for an amount of $129.95 by Avangate Bitdefender Amsterdam. Just over 12 months ago I purchased Bitdefender for $44.95, but they have debited my account for this greater amount 12months later without authorisation. I have asked the bank to cancel my card so they cannot take any more out, and asked them to get VISA to launch an investigation, which they have done.

Dear Sir/ Madam, On the 16th March, my bank account was debited with a total of $140.30 NZ for one of your products I had not ordered. Further, I have received neither a 'hard copy' nor an electronic version of the said product. Someone had either hacked my Visa Card or entered the digits on mine in error. I take it if I had ordered the product, my email above would have been submitted with the said order. Would you kindly investigate my above query so that I can forward my bank account number for a refund of the error of 'non purchas. Kind regard, Jack McCulloch

An automatic charge was taken from may MasterCard on March 17, 2015. I am unaware of any dealings with this company or bitdefender. I do not have any service that I am aware of. Please reply and advise me what you are doing, or if I have any service that I am not aware of. Thankyou

I no longer have bit defender but yet 2 renewal fees have been deducted from my visa.These were not authorized.
