I was billed $89.95 on 1/21/15. I have bitdefender installed on my computer but did not request a renewal or receive notice that my account would be billed automatically. I have no problem with the product, but believe that this billing method is unethical. I also do not understand why the discounts offered on line for renewal are not applied in this case.

Need answer regarding $69.95 charge on my Visa. I don't want to have to report this to the NCDOJ, but I will if I don't hear something soon about a refund to my card.

Purchased bit defender but have Asus and was unable to download, after giving my credit card info. Need refund.

My January 2014 American Express shows a purchase of $79.95 in US funds - $ 87.92 Canadian. I do not know whether or not this is for Bitdefender as I had to have my computer erased and put back to factory, so I lost everything. Is there anyway you can check an entry on Dec 21st for this amount and let me know. I thought that I had ordered the program much earlier than that, but not sure. I await a reply before I pay this bill. (All of my invoices were lost too) Thank you, Marilyn Morrison
