Noticed on my January bank statement £18:71 was taken out. This payment was not authorised by myself or anyone else in this household. This is not okay and I expect an explanation from Avangate!!

I have a charge on my acct for $39.99 from this so called company, that was not authorized by me. I want the charge removed immediately. Be advised that I have reported this as a fraudulent charge.

Avangate Bitdefender.C Amsterdam requested $113.40 from my visa on June 13th. I did not authorize this and want reimbursed. This is wrong and I am requesting action immediately. Yours Truly Charlene Davis

I have purchased a Bitdefender anti virus package a full year ago... but now my November credit card statement showed a charge under the title of "Avangate’bitdefender.c Amsterdam"
I have not authorized any automatic renewals or upgrades to my service with bitdefender.
Please advise...

Noticed on my charge card bill that we were billed 69.95 for avangate bitdefender. c amsterdam. Was not okayed by any of us at this household, or did they have authorization to bill my credit card. Please remove that charge from my account immediately please. Thank you.
