I am being charged on my credit card a monthly amount $24.56 American each month i wish this to stop but so far have not had any luck seems as though i have no account with Audible so where is the money going must be going in someones account can any one help I'am getting so frustrated about this

Audible stole from me too! Just today. For 20.33 . I called them and they denied any fault, of course. They are scammers.

I called the Audible phone number shown on my credit account. They said it was an accidental (?) recurring charge for audio books through Amazon. I was told I would receive 10 months refund and no further charges.

Three unauthorized charges on Transaction Date: April 28 2014 Audible 888-283-5051 NJ for $17.46 Audible 888-283-5051 NJ for $7.49 Audible.co.uk GB for $0.98 Hardly worth calling the 888 number (unless you want yo yell at someone), they are beyond useless. They cannot trace the charge without knowing your audible account,... which does not exist anyway as this is a fraudulent charge. They'll then have you reel off all your amazon.com emails and phone numbers for no reason, because it's a damn fraudulent charge that you never made on amazon anyway. They'll then just give you some flim-flam about having the "Back Office" call you back. Basically, they're completely uninterested in tracking credit card fraud perpetrated in their name. I expect they're all too happy to keep whatever fraudulent charges go unnoticed. Just call your bank and dispute the charges. Would be nice if the banks shut them down, seeing how many of these scams are popping up, but I won't hold my breath. It's cheaper to just reverse the charges and let audible/amazon corporation carry on their little scam

I saw the charge of $14.95 on my credit card today and at first didn't know what's it. I had to search Google to know what the hell is "Audible 888-283-5051 NJ." I'm hard of hearing and the least I need is an audio book. I don't know why, when, and how I was supposed to subscribe to that company. Shame on Amazon if this company somehow is affiliated to Amazon!

After canceling my gold membership plan with audible, I saw the unauthorized charge on my bank statement as "Audible 888-283-5051 NJ." I think it's a fraud against their former customer.
