I tried to get cash on 2/16/15 from the TCF Bank ATM in Roseville, MN (statement lists it as: ATM TCF ROSEVILLE DU) in the amount of $400.00, but it did NOT dispense any money at all... It said "Temporarily Unable to Dispense Cash" & I have a receipt for it BUT the bank deducted my account the $400 anyways!!!! I am VERY upset.
